At LIC, we are committed to providing the best possible services and products. If you are unhappy with the service or product you have received, please let us know, so we can try to resolve any issues.

If you are still not satisfied, please use our Feedback & Complaints Form below to let us know about the problem you wish to resolve. We aim to respond to all complaints within one working day.

If your complaint is one of a financial nature, and you feel that the above resolution process has not resolved your complaint fully,  LIC is a member of an external dispute resolution Scheme with Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) under member number 1658.
