Emergency Herd Test fee

Emergency fees are only charged when a test is booked within three set up days (set up days typically run from Sunday – Thursday). This fee is in addition to standard herd test fee costs.

Herd Test equipment cleaning fee

If herd test equipment is not cleaned to a suitable standard or trays are dirty when collected from farm, a cleaning fee may be charged.

Herd Test - additional delivery fee

Applicable in cases in which additional equipment is required to be delivered to farm after the first delivery has been made, and/or the customer has not notified LIC of changes to either the herd or its milking regime.

Herd test cancellation and date change fees

If you cancel or re-schedule within 10 days of your herd test date you’ll be charged a fee to cover the costs associated with planning and scheduling a test.
