Using Easy Scout mobile you can prioritise and save time when determining which paddocks to investigate first on the farm walk.
Easy Scout is a feature within Cropwise Imagery Mobile that shows the paddocks that are experiencing the greatest change in average NDVI value over a time period. This allows you to prioritise and save time when determining which paddocks to investigate first on the farm walk.
The Easy Scout feature can be found at the bottom of the screen. It uses an algorithm that reviews NDVI imagery for a given date range to determine whether paddock health is declining or inclining, and then categorises paddocks as either red (high priority), yellow (medium priority), or green (low priority). Easy Scout is not available for dry matter measurements.
Paddocks that do not have enough images available within the set time will be placed into the ‘Fields without enough data’ category.
Upon selecting a paddock within the list, more details are made available for analysis including ‘Change in NDVI’ and ‘Recent Images’. Additional quick actions are provided including ‘Go to map’ and ‘Create a note’.
